   To get started, turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on the right-hand side of the phone

   Swipe the lock screen up to enter the home screen

   Find the Twitter Tile

   For this tutorial, the Twitter tile is pinned to the home screen of this phone. If you do not have it pinned to the home screen, swipe to the left and find it in the App menu. Once you've located the tile, press it to enter the Twitter application.

   If the person you would like to follow on Twitter is on the Twitter home page, press the icon that looks like a person with a plus symbol next to it
