It is not possible. Optical discs are like vinyl: they should be guarded from any scratches by handling them very accurately. Cracking a disc on the recorded area will destroy the data. If you attempt to glue it back or use duct tape, the disc will not be balanced, and will not be recognized by the drive, and may even explode at high speeds.

First of all, see if the crack and scratch are apart in distance. If it is the case, then it is very dangerous to continue using the disc, as cracks might break the CD completely and damage your optical drive. The reason for this is that these scratches go deeper through the layers of the disc and during operation (the rotation of the disc), they grow through the plastic protective layer, which is the thickest one on the disc, forming a crack. If you wish to risk it and restore the data on the disc, try using a computer with an optical recording drive.

• Download The optical drive slow-down tool.
• Set "1X" for the reading speed in the tool (or the lowest possible).
• Take your cracked disc and apply a piece of duct tape over the crack on the non-recordable side.
• Apply the same piece on the opposite side of the disc for the balance.
• Run a wider piece over the the tapes applied just in case.
• Cut the excessive tape that hangs in the center and off the edge of the disc.
• Download the BurnAware program.
• Launch the software.
• Click "Copy to Image".
• After the disc has been copied, close the window and insert a blank media according to the image size: CD (approximately 700 MB of data), DVD (4.5 GB of data) DVD-DL (8.1 GB), or BD-R (25 - 128 GB, depending on the number of layers);
• Click "Burn Image" and select the image you have created with the cracked disc.

Click "Copy to Image". After the image has been created, insert a blank dual-layer DVD. Then, go to the main menu of BurnAware, and click "Burn Image". Now select the image you've just created from your disc.

Use the new disc to play the game.

Note: be careful to never read the defective disc at high speeds, as it may explode and damage your drive!
