Find and View Messages in eBay on iPhone 6
Edited by Freya, Robert, Jen M
Hi, welcome to VisiHow. Today I'm going to teach you how to view your messages using the eBay application on the iPhone 6.
To begin, press the lock button on the right-hand side of the phone.
Alternatively, we can unlock our phone by pressing the round button at the bottom of the screen.
Swipe to the right to enter your passcode. As an alternative to entering your passcode, put your finger on the home button to use the fingerprint scanner.
Find the eBay icon on the home screen. The icon is a white color with the word 'eBay' in red, blue, yellow, and green. Tap it once to open the application.
Scroll until you find "Messages", indicated by the envelope on the left-hand side, and tap on it once to open the inbox. As we can see, we are currently on the eBay home page, which is indicated by the small blue "Home" icon in the bottom-left corner being highlighted blue.
Tap on a message to open it. As we can see, in the example there is one message from eBay in the inbox, and that it opens and views in the same format as an email on the iPhone 6. It is indicated as unread by the blue dot on the left side of the message.
To reply, tap on the arrow at the bottom of the screen. In this example, we can't reply, but if we could reply the arrow would be blue.
Delete the message by tapping on the icon in the bottom-left corner that looks like a trash bin.
Tap on the blue arrow in the top-left corner to go back to the inbox.
Tap on the "Home" icon in the bottom-left corner to go to the eBay home screen that we started from. Now you know how to view your messages using the eBay application on the iPhone 6. If you have any questions or comments please enter them in the section below. Thank you for using VisiHow, goodbye.
