   To begin, unlock your phone by pressing the round button at the bottom of the screen

   Alternatively, press the 'Lock' button on the right-hand side of the phone

   Swipe to the right to enter your passcode

   .

   As an alternative to entering your passcode, put your finger on the 'Home' button to use the fingerprint scanner.

   Find the 'YouTube' icon on the 'Home screen'

   .

   In this example, the 'Home screen' is customized and might look a bit different. The icon is red framed with a triangle inside of a white square that looks like a TV screen. Tap it once to open the application.

   Tap on the three horizontal lines icon in the top-left corner of the screen

   .

   Opening the application should have automatically taken us to the 'What to watch' page which will be either specifically recommended videos we've watched (if we're signed in), or if we're not signed in, it will be the most watched or most popular videos on YouTube at that time. We can refer to the article on how to sign in with 'YouTube' on the iPhone 6 if we don't know how to sign in.

   Tap on the 'History' button, which is the fourth button down the list

   It has an hour-glass shaped icon next to it.

   Tap on the small trash bin shaped icon near the top-right corner of the screen to delete all of your video histories

   .

   Tap on 'Clear History' to continue, or tap 'Cancel'. It will only delete the currently visible amount of history, so we will have to repeat this step to delete all of our histories.

   Tap the 'What to Watch' button with the house symbol on the left-hand side
