Hello, you're watching VisiHow, and today I'm going to show you where you can find SnapChat support on the SnapChat application on iPhone 6.

   To start we need to unlock our phone, which we can do by pressing the 'Lock' button on the right or the big round button at the bottom of the screen called the 'Home' button

   Once our lock screen is up, swipe right to enter the passcode, or simply hold your finger onto the 'Home' button which doubles as a fingerprint scanner as well

   This opens up our home screen.

   Find the SnapChat icon

   The icon itself is yellow with a white ghost in the center as well. Tap once to open it up.

   Straight away, it'll take us to the camera, either the front or the back camera

   Go to the small white ghost at the top middle of the screen

   .

   Tap once to bring up the menu, or when our screen is at the camera, just drag the screen down and it'll bring up the menu as well.

   Go to the top right-hand corner where we have a white cog or a flower to symbolize the settings

   .

   Click on that and it brings up your 'Settings' menu where we can scroll until you can find 'More Information' which is highlighted in green on the left side.

   We are looking for support, so click the first option, 'Support'

   .

   It opens up SnapChat's support screen where we can either search using the box to type in what we like. Or, we can scroll through these options here depending on what we're looking for.

   If we're interested in learning the basics, we can just click that and it will open up the different options about how to post a story, for example

   Go to the small little arrow to go back to the screen before

    Go to the arrow in the top left-hand corner to go back to the main settings menu

    Then, we can go the arrow again, pull our screen up and it takes us back to our main camera where we can take a picture and send
