   To begin with, we highlight a cell

   We click and drag down the yellow circle

   This will duplicate the number in the highlighted cell through a selected number of cells. The selected cell contains the number 1 in this video.

   If it's a series we want to add in, we select the cells by pressing "Command" and clicking the cells to highlight them
