Sign up for Apple's Beta Software Program and take an earlier test run of iOS 13. Although the full, public version of iOS 13 will be available in September, users can now install it on their iPhone.

If you've never installed a beta version of iOS or Android, please consider the following;

• Beta versions typically see far more bugs and glitches than the official public release.
• Features that are available during beta may function differently or be missing entirely once the full version is available.
• It is highly recommended that you perform a full backup via iTunes on your Mac or PC.

   Go to Apple's Beta Software Page, scroll down and tap Sign up.

   Enter you Apple ID and password, then tap the arrow.

   Once you're signed up, it is recommended that you archive an iOS backup via iTunes.

   Once you've archived an iOS backup, scroll down the page and tap Download profile.

   Tap Allow when the pop-up appears, then tap Close once the profile is downloaded.

   Tap the Settings app.

   Tap Install in the upper right corner.

   Review Apple's consent conditions, then tap Install, then tap Install once again when the lower pop-up appears.

    Tap either Restart or Not Now

    .

    If you select Not Now, your device will restart once the update is downloaded and installed.

    

    For this guide, we opted to not restart.

    Once the update is downloaded and installed, follow the onscreen intitial setup steps (language, WiFi, touch, passcode, etc.) When you see your home screen, open Settings > General > Software Update to verify that you're running iOS 13.
