- 6We'll see the "Smart scroll" description, reading: "Smart scroll uses the front camera to detect your face. You can scroll through webpages and email messages by tilting your head or phone while looking at the screen." When using "Smart Scroll", we will see the camera at the top next to the Samsung button. This is the front-facing camera. It will detect our head tilting up or down, enabling the device to scroll down or up. This feature is supported when browsing the Internet and reading email messages. Some other applications are not supported at this time. There are two ways of using "Smart scroll": by tilting our head up and down while looking at the front-facing camera or by tilting the device itself. We make sure that our head is stationary while we're looking at the camera, so we can tilt the device up or down.We tap on the "Smart Scroll" toggle to activate it.
