If the value is 0, this will override the system value and use the dark theme. The changes may not take effect until we restart the computer. For the sake of tutorial, the computer is not going to be restarted. If we follow the tutorial step by step and restart the computer, the theme will be changed. In this case, the computer did not require a restart.
