Hello and welcome to VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to turn on and off the option to use the in-app browser when opening external links in Twitter on an HTC One M8.
Steps

- 4There is a Twitter icon, which is a blue background with a white bird on tap, and underneath it says the word "Twitter". Your application may be in a different location, so look for the icon in your folder. We want to demonstrate how to turn on and off the option to use the in-app browser when opening external links in Twitter. Now that the folder has been opened, we need to find and tap the Twitter application.

- 7
- 8Underneath it says "Open external links with Twitter browser". What this means is that when we see a link in a tweet and we press down on it, it's going to open it in the in-app browser, keeping us in the Twitter application. It will allow us to look at the external websites while we're still in the Twitter application. If we don't want to use the in-app browser and we want to go directly to the website with our own browser, then we can tap on the box on the right-hand side. If the box is blue with a white check mark, the option is enabled. We want to find the option labeled "Use in-app browser".
