We want to find the option labeled "Use in-app browser"
    .
Underneath it says "Open external links with Twitter browser". What this means is that when we see a link in a tweet and we press down on it, it's going to open it in the in-app browser, keeping us in the Twitter application. It will allow us to look at the external websites while we're still in the Twitter application. If we don't want to use the in-app browser and we want to go directly to the website with our own browser, then we can tap on the box on the right-hand side. If the box is blue with a white check mark, the option is enabled.

If the box is empty, we will not be using the Twitter browser when opening external links
    .
Tap the box again to turn it back on.
