On the 'Home screen', find the 'YouTube' application. The icon is red and white with a red frame, a white square inside of it, and a red triangle inside of the white square. It looks like a television screen. Tap it once to open the application. It will automatically take you to the 'What to Watch' page, which will either be specifically recommending videos that it thinks you will like if you're signed in, or it will be the most popular videos if you're not signed in.
