    To start with, we should unlock our phone by pressing the Lock button on the side or the Home button at the bottom

    Then we can swipe to enter our passcode or use our fingerprint scanner

    Find the MapMyRun icon, which is this blue and white one here

    Tap once to open up our app. It will automatically take us to a page where we can record our workout.

    What we need are these three horizontal white lines in the top left-hand corner

    Scroll all the way down until we find "Settings", which is indicated by a cog on the left side

    Scroll down until we find "Communication", which is this one here

    We can go through the other sections in another video. Below it, it says, "Push Notifications". We press on that.

    Then we simply enable or disable by pressing on the bubble
    .
    When enabled it is blue. When disabled, it goes white. When we enable, it loads more specific things as well.

    Maybe we don't want to be notified when we have new likes
    .
    We can just disable that. We can enable it by tapping again. We might want to disable this one, and others. This is how we can do it. Now, we can enable again, which is the default setting.

    Go back by pressing "Settings"

    We don't need to press Save anywhere. It's automatically done.
