Hello and welcome to VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to turn on or off priority interruptions on the HTC One M8.

   To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on top of the phone

   .

   Once the phone is activated we will see the lock screen.

   To unlock the phone, press down on the screen and swipe up

   Once the phone has been unlocked we will see the home screen and at the bottom we will see 5 icons. We want to demonstrate how to turn on or turn off priority interruptions. What this means is that once this option is selected, it will only allow certain notifications or applications to contact us or interrupt us. If we turn this off, everything will be able to interrupt us but, for example, if we're in a quiet space or working and don't have the time to talk, we can select this function. It will only interrupt notifications, sound or calls if they are a priority. Refer to another video on VisiHow on how to customize the priority interruptions. Right now, we're just showing how to turn it on or off.
