Enable or Disable Priority Interruptions on HTC One M8
Edited by Thor, Crystal, Eng, DeleteQnA
Hello and welcome to VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to turn on or off priority interruptions on the HTC One M8.
- 2To unlock the phone, press down on the screen and swipe up. Once the phone has been unlocked we will see the home screen and at the bottom we will see 5 icons. We want to demonstrate how to turn on or turn off priority interruptions. What this means is that once this option is selected, it will only allow certain notifications or applications to contact us or interrupt us. If we turn this off, everything will be able to interrupt us but, for example, if we're in a quiet space or working and don't have the time to talk, we can select this function. It will only interrupt notifications, sound or calls if they are a priority. Refer to another video on VisiHow on how to customize the priority interruptions. Right now, we're just showing how to turn it on or off.Advertisement
- 8If we tap on "For one hour", we can change the time by tapping on the plus and minus symbols. Tapping on the plus will change it from 1 hour to 2 hours, to 3 hours, 4 hours, then it will jump from 4 to 8 hours, which is the limit. Press down on the option that is right for you. This is how we turn on the priority interruptions.
- 10This concludes the tutorial on how to turn on and off priority interruptions on an HTC One M8. If you have any questions or comments about this video, or about the process you have seen in this video, please leave them in the comment section below and we will answer them for you. Thank you for watching VisiHow.
