Steps

    In order to turn photo preview on or off, we need to have the phone unlocked. We should be on the home screen.

    Then, we double-tap the home button. We will open Camera.

    Alternatively, we tap on the Camera icon one time.

    Once we've opened Camera, we tap on the gear-shaped icon on the upper-left side of the phone. Tapping once on the gear-shaped settings icon will open the "Camera settings" panel.

    We tap on the "Review pictures" option once. The switch will turn green. It will allow each photo we take to be shown on the screen immediately, letting us know if we want to keep or discard it. In most cases, if we are shooting moving objects, for example, family or children, we don't want to have this option enabled. However, if we are shooting still objects or things that are not moving, then it's a nice way to see our photos.

    We tap on the back arrow once at the top-left side.

    Alternatively, we tap the back button at the bottom. We will be back to Camera.

    Let's put our hand behind the phone.

    We tap once on the camera button once. A photo will be taken. The photo will appear on the screen, letting us choose whether we would like to keep it. We have to note that the photo will appear for a few seconds.

    We take a photo again by tapping the camera icon. The photo will appear on the screen.
