- 4There is an icon of a blue piece of paper and underneath are the words "Play Newsstand". Your application may be in a different location, so look for the icon in your folder. We want to demonstrate how to turn on or off the option to download articles only from WiFi in this application. Now that the folder has been opened, we need to find and tap the Play Newsstand application.

- 7Underneath it says, "To reduce operator data charges, don't download over mobile networks". It is a clear warning, telling us that we will save money if we only download over WiFi. Sometimes we may not be able to do that, and we'll need to download over mobile networks. We can see it is currently on because the box is blue with a white check mark inside. To turn it off, press down on the box.We want the option that says "Download via WiFi only".
