Enable WiFi on a Nexus 6P
Edited by Djinu, VisiHow, Dougie
You're watching VisiHow. In this tutorial, I'm going to demonstrate how to turn on WiFi on the Nexus 6P smartphone.
From the home screen, take two fingers and swipe down from the top. This is going to reveal a number of quick access panels.
If you see a WiFi icon here and it has a slash through it. To turn it on, I'm just going to tap once. Just because the WiFi is on, it doesn't mean it's connected.
I'm going to tap again on the WiFi text, an arrow pointing down. That's going to reveal which WiFi networks are available.
I'll choose the one that's in my home, which is the TP-Link_A3E734.
It's going to ask for a password, which I'll now enter.
Once the password is entered, I can click on "CONNECT". It will show "Connecting," "Obtaining IP Address," and finally "Connected."
Now, I will go back to the home screen by pressing the home button.
Then, I will swipe down from the top with two fingers again. I'll see that WiFi icon is showing white now and it says that it's connected to the TP-Link_A3E734 connection.
This has been a VisiHow tutorial on how to turn on WiFi on the Nexus 6P. If you have any questions or comments, please leave them in the space below. Thank you for watching VisiHow!
