    Begin by pressing the unlock button on the top right side of the phone

    Alternatively, the phone can be unlocked by pressing the home button, which is the round button at the bottom of the phone

    Swipe across the screen to enter your passcode or use the fingerprint scanner located on the home button

    Once at the Home screen we need to find the SnapChat icon, which is yellow with a white ghost in the center

    Now, tap on the cog, or small white flower, at the top right portion of the screen to bring up the Settings menu

    The sections on this screen are labeled in green, and the second section is labeled "Additional Services"

    There are several different sections, indicated by the green titles on the left-hand side. We need to go to the second section where it says, "Additional Services".

    Choose "Manage", and it will open up a new window

    Tap the switch next to "Power Save Mode" to enable or disable that option. When the switch is green, the Power Save option is enabled, and when it is white, the option is disabled.
