Hi! You're watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to enable the SmartScreen protection in Microsoft Edge in Windows 10.
The first thing that we need to do is open up Microsoft Edge. In this case, it is in the taskbar. We click Microsoft Edge.
When Microsoft Edge opens, we need to click the three-dot icon in the upper-right corner of the window. This icon says, "More Actions".
Then, we need to click "Settings".
Now, we need to scroll all the way down.
We click "View advanced settings".
We scroll down one more time.
We need to locate "Help protect me from malicious sites and downloads with SmartScreen Filter".
We need to click the slider to set it to "On".
This concludes the tutorial on how to enable the SmartScreen protection in Microsoft Edge in Windows 10. Thank you for watching VisiHow! If you have any other comments or questions, please leave them in the comment section below.
