    First of all we need to double click on the icon to open Kaspersky Total Security.

    When it opens, all you have to do is click in the lower-left corner of the screen. There is a gear icon. It's "Settings".

    Then, you need to go to "General" subsection. In "General" on the right side of the screen, the program reads "Protection".

    Click the button next to "Protection" to turn real-time protection on. Now, the real-time protection is enabled. If the computer asks if you confirm that you want to turn the protection on, then you need to click "Continue".
