Steps

The first thing that we need to do is move the mouse cursor to the upper-right corner of the screen

We will open the charms bar.

Once the charms bar is opened, we need to click "Settings"

We wait for the settings to load.

Once settings are loaded, we need to click "Ease of Access"

From "Ease of Access", we need to click "High contrast"

In this case, we haven't selected a "High contrast" theme; so, in "Choose a theme", "None" is shown.

We click the drop-down "Choose a theme" list
