By accessing the notification panel, we can bring up Settings to access Clean Master through "Accessibility"

We swipe our finger down from the top of the home screen. We will be able to see the notification panel. In the top right-hand corner of this menu, we will find a gear-shaped icon. The icon stands for Settings.

In Settings, we must tap "Device" once

On the left-hand panel in "Device", we will find "Sound and display" and "Personalization". Towards the bottom of "Personalization", we will find "Accessibility" with a hand in a green circle.

We scroll down until we find "Services"

In "Services", we will find "TalkBack" and "Clean Master".

Let's turn "Clean Master" on by tapping it once

The "Clean Master" screen will read: "Switch 'ON' in the top right to save power. With Clean Master accessibility, you can greatly extend your battery life :) Also can be used to show app information (for iSwipe). Note: you may receive a standard privacy warning. Don't worry about it, as Clean Master will never collect your personal information." In the top right-hand corner, we will find a switch to turn on Clean Master.

We tap the Clean Master switch to activate Clean Master
