Steps

If you need to enable Bluetooth on your Galaxy Tab, simply swipe down from the top of your device

This will take you to the notification panel. In the notifications panel, you should see an icon for "Bluetooth".

In order to enable Bluetooth, simply tap the "Bluetooth" icon one time

The icon will turn green when Bluetooth is activated. A pop-up box will appear on your home screen letting you know that Bluetooth is turned on.

You can press "CANCEL" to cancel searching for devices

You can also press "STOP". For this tutorial, I received a message telling me "No nearby Bluetooth devices found".

There is a second way to turn on Bluetooth.

Swipe down from the top of your device to open the notification panel

Then, tap on the gear-shaped settings icon

In the "Settings" menu, you will see the second option on the left side of the screen is "Bluetooth".

You will see that for this tutorial, there is a message saying "Your device (Galaxy Tab S2) is currently visible to nearby devices". In addition, the switch at the top right corner is green. These indicators let us know that Bluetooth is turned on.

To turn Bluetooth off, tap the switch one time

If you would like to turn Bluetooth back on, you can return to this screen and tap the switch again

When you are finished, press the "Home" button on your device
