Hello, my question is: I deleted some important message from unknown number on Viber, can I restore it?

Basically, I got the message from apple store saying I won an iPhone 6 plus on a raffle as a second prize also there are two other numbers next to it (1st and 3rd) and I deleted that message accidentally and I don't have that number on my phone book what can I do? is it a spam or something?

Yes. it was most likely spam. It is highly dubious that an Apple representative will attempt to contact you by Viber. Viber claims not to keep the copy of your chat history on its server, but in reality, some countries force Viber to keep the chat history on its local servers, which is required by local laws. Nevertheless, recovering it from the server is out of the question.

However, there is a chance you can recover your deleted message by buying programs that may, but do not guarantee, restore deleted messages in Viber. Generally, shareware (free) software will not let you restore files but will show you what it finds until you buy the program.

You could try installing iOS Data Recovery or try searching for another program. You will have to plug in your phone into the computer (PC or Mac), launch the program, scan the device, and follow the prompts on how to restore the chat history.

PRINTING OUT A ZIP FILE when the file will not open when tapped or held?

I downloaded on my iPhone my Viber chat successfully (to email) it's only 11.kb. I now wish to print it out. I tap on the zip file. It will not open so I can print the messages. What's gone wrong? I never had this problem with zip files opening before. Thanks.

I cannot find the email message history option? How can I change it?

Before I could find the (email message history) option but now I can only find (clear message history) . How can I change the setting or how can I find it ? Please help me !! In your article there comes the option of email message history but in my phone there is no such option. I have tried: I uninstalled the Viber and again when I installed it believing that I might have changed the default setting. but again I faced the same problem. I think it was caused by: May be the latest update of app. Or I could have changed the default setting mistakely

The option to email message history has disappeared and no one is talking about it, including Viber. Can you please explain what happened?
