Steps

    To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on top of the phone

    Once the phone has been activated we will see the lock screen.

    To unlock the phone, swipe the screen up

    Once the phone has been unlocked we will see the home screen, and at the bottom we will see 5 icons. We now need to open the application folder.

    We can do that by tapping the icon in the middle, at the bottom of the screen

    There is a grid of white dots. This is the icon for the applications folder.

    Now that the folder has been opened, we need to find and tap on the Gallery application
    .
    It has an icon of a photo, and the photo looks like some yellow sand dunes. Underneath it says the word "Gallery". We want to demonstrate how to edit the date of a photo. The reason that we may want to do this is because photos can be grouped by month and year in the "Timeline" section. Therefore, if we change the date, it can help to group our photos in particular ways.

    We will press down on one of the months that have photos in it

    Then, we're going to press down on the photo and hold down until the menu appears

    We can also edit the date a different way if we actually go into the photo, but we're going to use this method.

    Now we can edit the date by moving the numbers up and down to select the date

    Once we're happy with that, we can press "OK" in the gray bar.
