Hello and welcome to VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to edit the "my sports" section of the Microsoft Sports application on the Microsoft Lumia 535.

   To get started, turn the phone on by pressing the power button on the right-hand side of the phone

   Once the lock screen has been activated, swipe up to unlock the phone and access the home screen

   Find and press the Sports tile to open the application

   .

   We can see the tile near the bottom of the screen on this device. It has a purple background and it flips between images and text. Bear in mind that your Sports tile may look different than mine. If the Sports tile is not pinned to the home screen, swipe left and find it in the apps menu. Once the application is loaded, we will need to find the "my sports" section.

   To do that, we're going to swipe left until we see "my sports" at the top

   In this section, we have the ability to edit it.

   To edit it, press the white plus sign at the bottom of the phone

   It has now brought up a number of sports and is allowing us to personalize what information we receive from the application

   For example, we have "NFL" at the top in the "FOOTBALL" section. All of these boxes have white checkmarks, which means we're receiving information about them.

   If we don't want to receive information about it, we can press the white box until the tick disappears

   Make sure there's a white checkmark in the boxes we want to receive information about.

   Make all of your choices, then press the white back arrow in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen

   In this example, it's "NHL" and "English Premier League".

    Now, if we swipe to the other sections, it will show us some different information based on our choices

    As we can see, the scoreboard has changed to only show ice hockey scores or English Premier League scores

    .

    Before, they were mostly American football scores, which is not something we were interested in. This helps us personalize the whole application. This is what we wanted to do, personalize our content and have more control over it, so that we receive the information that we're interested in.
