   To begin, unlock the phone

   Either press the lock button on the side, or the home button at the bottom.

   Swipe from left to right across the screen

   Enter the passcode, or press a finger to the home button to use the fingerprint scanner

   Find the Numbers icon

   .

   It is the green one with a white bar graph on it. Tap once to open up the app. We already have a document open with a spreadsheet that we've entered. This is just a basic spreadsheet from the options available when we create a document. Refer to our other video to find out exactly how to create and open a new document in Numbers on iPhone 6. No matter which format we choose, we will have a row of icons along the top.

   Tap on the sheet

   This allows us to edit.

   Press the paintbrush icon

   It's in the middle of the screen at the top.

   Press "Headers"

   This is the tab to the right of "Table". In another video, we show how to use the "Table" options.

   In the "Header Rows" option, press the plus icon

   We can also press the minus icon. This is adding and removing rows in the header.

   Tap the slider icon next to "Freeze Rows"

   .

   We can disable or enable by pressing. We will enable it, and it turns green.

    Tap the plus or minus icon next to "Header Columns"

    .

    This adds and removes columns in the header. Set this according to personal preferences.

    Tap the slider icon next to "Freeze Columns" to enable or disable it

    Tap the plus or minus icon next to "Footer Rows"

    This adds or removes rows in the footer. We will set ours to 0.

    Edit the settings as desired

    When we're happy, just press the downward-pointing green arrow on the right-hand side of the screen.

    Press "Done" in the top left-hand corner of the screen
