Steps

    To begin, we need to unlock our phone, which we can do by pressing the Lock button on the side or our Home button on the bottom

    Swipe and we can enter our passcode or use the fingerprint scanner

    Find the MapMyRun icon, which is this blue and white one here
    .
    Tap it once to open up the app. It will take us to a page where we can start to record a workout.

    What we need to do is go to the top left-hand corner where we have three horizontal white lines

    Go to our name at the top, which should have our profile photo as well, and tap once on that to open up our profile

    It's still loading but what we need to do is go to the top right-hand corner where it says "Edit"
    .
    Tap on that and it will give us a chance to edit our details.

    We can tap on our name and type a different name
    .
    We can tap on our surname and type a different one. We can change our hometown to our current location. We can edit our gender by scrolling through and our birthday will also be the scroll through option. Then, of course, we can edit our weight as well, by moving each scroll, here.

    Just press "Done" when we find what we're happy with

    Then we can press "Save" in the top right-hand corner to save our changes

    It will take us back to our profile.

    Then we can go to our three horizontal white lines in the top left corner and tap "Record a Workout", which is our second option down

    That will take us back to the screen where we began.
