You're watching VisiHow. Today I'm going to show you how you can edit your profile on the MapMyRun application on the iPhone 6.
To begin, we need to unlock our phone, which we can do by pressing the Lock button on the side or our Home button on the bottom.
Swipe and we can enter our passcode or use the fingerprint scanner.
Find the MapMyRun icon, which is this blue and white one here. Tap it once to open up the app. It will take us to a page where we can start to record a workout.
What we need to do is go to the top left-hand corner where we have three horizontal white lines.
Go to our name at the top, which should have our profile photo as well, and tap once on that to open up our profile.
It's still loading but what we need to do is go to the top right-hand corner where it says "Edit". Tap on that and it will give us a chance to edit our details.
We can tap on our name and type a different name. We can tap on our surname and type a different one. We can change our hometown to our current location. We can edit our gender by scrolling through and our birthday will also be the scroll through option. Then, of course, we can edit our weight as well, by moving each scroll, here.
Just press "Done" when we find what we're happy with.
Then we can press "Save" in the top right-hand corner to save our changes. It will take us back to our profile.
Then we can go to our three horizontal white lines in the top left corner and tap "Record a Workout", which is our second option down. That will take us back to the screen where we began.
Now we're back where we started.
This is a VisiHow video and I've just shown you how we can edit our profile on the MapMyRun application on the iPhone 6. If you have any questions or comments, pop them into the section below.
