    To begin, unlock the phone

    Either press the lock button on the side, or the home button at the bottom.

    Swipe from left to right across the screen

    Enter the passcode, or press a finger to the home button to use the fingerprint scanner

    Find the Fitbit icon
    .
    It is black with a diamond-shaped collection of white and blue dots on it. Tap once to open it up. It should automatically take us to our dashboard, which displays today's information. Everyone's numbers will be different, but the information categories will be the same. Otherwise, it might have asked us to sign in. Please refer to our other video, where we demonstrate how to sign in to Fitbit on the iPhone 6.

    In the bottom right-hand corner, tap "Accounts"

    Find the "GOALS" section

    Tap "Activity"

    Tap the number to the right of "Steps" to edit the Steps goal
    .
    In this demonstration, our goal is set to 10,000 steps per day. We will change it to 12,000. Tap and type, and choose a suitable goal. Ten thousand is the default number.

    Tap the number to the right of "Distance" to edit the Distance goal
    .
    This is the distance that we want to aim to cover in a day. Tap and type. We will change ours to 8 km.

    Tap the number to the right of "Calories Burned" to edit this goal
    .
    This is the number of calories we aim to burn in a day. When we set up our account, we went through and added our current weight, and our goal weight. This produces a recommended number of calories that we need to burn per day that is healthy. We will change ours to 1000.

    Tap the number next to "Water" to edit the daily water goal
    .
    The current number is the recommendation that takes into account what we input for our height and weight. However, we can edit it if we prefer. We will change ours to 1,000 ml.

    Tap on the number to the right of "Food" to edit the daily calorie goal

    Scroll to select a number. We will select "5 lbs".
