Hi, welcome to VisiHow. Today I'm going to teach you how to edit discovery settings using the Tinder application on the iPhone 6.
To begin, press the lock button on the right-hand side of the phone.
Alternatively, we can unlock our phone by pressing the home button at the bottom of the screen.
Swipe to the right to enter your passcode. As an alternative to entering your passcode, put your finger on the home button to use the fingerprint scanner.
Find the Tinder icon, which is white with a red flame in the center, and tap on it once to open the application.
Tap on the gear icon in the top-left corner of the screen to open up our profile information. We need to be logged in, so we can refer to the article on how to log in using the Tinder application on iPhone 6.
Tap on "Discovery Preferences" which is the first option.
Tap on "Discovery" to enable or disable being on the discover page. The bubble will indicate with green when the option is enabled. Tap it again to disable the option and remove the green.
We can tap and drag the button underneath "Distance" left and right to select the distance that we want to be discovered.
Tap and drag the buttons underneath "Age" to set a minimum and maximum age.
Here we can tap on "Only Men", "Only Women", or "Men and Women" to select what we want to be displayed. The red check mark indicates what we have selected.
Tap on the arrow in the top-left corner to go back. We don't need to save anything as it does so automatically.
When we're happy with all of our settings, we will tap on "Done" in the top-right corner and everything will save with our settings.
Tap and swipe the screen to the left at the top to go back to the page where we began, where we can browse different matches.
Now you know how to edit your discovery settings using the Tinder application on the iPhone 6. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to add them to the section below. Thank you for using VisiHow.
