I can no longer see my own profile pictures. Please help?

I can no longer see my own profile pictures. I can see the 9 plus symbols on my photos but cannot see any actual photos of myself at all. My matches say they can see me & read my profile. However, I want to view my photos and edit them. I do not have Tinder Plus and states I have Version is 9.4.0. I do not want to delete as I will lose my matches. Not sure how this even happened. Can this be fixed? Please help. I can get into the setting and edit screen. However, I cannot see my own profile pictures. Please help. I have tried: I have tried shutting the phone off/on. I have checked all my settings. I have also gone into my phone's settings (iPhone 6( and chose photos read and write, and also background app refresh. I think it was caused by: I cannot think of anything that may have caused this issue.
