To begin, we should already have some video imported into video, which we can see we've done. We can find out how to do that in another video available on this website.     Select the clip that we want, and then right click

    Move the scroller to the right, and we can go up to 400%

    When we click play, we can see it moves very slowly

    Let's then make the speed much more, maybe around 300% or 200%

    Click play, and it's much quicker.

    Then, if we like, we can just click in the "Speed" box and go back by typing "100%"
