To begin, we are first going to turn the phone on by pressing the power button on the right hand side of the phone

Next, swipe the lock screen up which will take us to the home screen

We are going to go to the phone tile

Mine is located right here. Yours might be located somewhere else. Locate and press it.

Now, we want to go to the Settings Menu

The Menu button is a set of three dots located on the bottom right corner of the phone. Just press that.

In this menu, we will have the Text reply option turned on

We are going to press on edit replies.

We have four preset options that we can quickly reply to
.
We can say, "I'll call you back.", "Please text me." and we can edit these by pressing on them. We can also write a new one. For example, we could add something like "Unavailable between 8 & 18". If you are at work or if you are busy, you can have this as a standard message.

These are some of the options that we can use when using a preset message to reply to a phone call. Now, if somebody tries to call this phone - which I will now demonstrate - we can choose a preset message. Somebody is calling this phone.
