   To get started, press the home button at the bottom of the phone

   Swipe across the screen and enter the passcode

   Alternatively, press and hold your fingerprint on the home button, which will unlock the phone.

   We're looking for the App Store icon

   .

   It's a blue square with a white "A" inside of a circle, made up of different artists tools. Tap on that to open the App Store. In the App Store, we will see a fantastic selection of great apps and items, but we're looking for the search icon.

   Tap on the fourth icon to the right, in the bottom bar

   This is the search icon.

   Tap on the search bar at the top of the phone

   Type in "SoundHound"

   .

   After typing in "Sound", it should show up in the suggested searches. Tap on it. This will take us to the SoundHound application.

   Tap on "GET", or the cloud icon if you've already had it and deleted it

   If it's already downloaded and installed, it will say "OPEN". We are going to tap on "OPEN". If you haven't downloaded it, finish the download process, and when you're done, tap on "OPEN".

   Once we open it, SoundHound will ask for permission to send us notifications

   We can always turn this off later, so we will go ahead and tap on "OK" for now.

   Now we need to allow SoundHound to access our microphone

   If it can't use the microphone, it can't find music, so, let's tap on "OK".

    Now we will receive a notification from the phone that SoundHound would like to access the microphone

    We can Discover by scrolling down
