Emoji is the Japanese word for smileys and ideograms - a way to express feelings or ideas in electronic communications. The word Emoji means picture (e) + letter (moji). There is a wide range of characters used, and the symbols or images are often in uniform. Several Emoji are precise to Japanese traditions, like bowing, a white flower, or a set of emoji showing famous dishes like sushi, ramen noodles, curry, etc.

I am trying to find a unicorn emoji for my Windows phone?

I have a Nokia Lumia phone - a Windows phone - and can't seem to find a unicorn emoji, nor can I see my friends' iPhone unicorn emoji when they send them. I have tried: I tried to go to the Store and find an app for emoji. None of them had unicorns. I think it was caused by: I am thinking perhaps Windows Phones do not have unicorn Emoji yet.

Even with Windows 10 update, Lumia did not get a unicorn emoji. You can use a horse emoji, which is the closest you can get. Only Apple, Samsung Android, Android, and LG Android have unicorns. However, there might be further Windows updates with an expanded emoji list; and Microsoft Store may have a new emoji applications someday.
