You can help to improve your voice by taking vitamin A,E and C these vitamins will help clear up the phlegm in your throat as well as drinking lemon juice in your beverages.

You get that dry feeling usually when your body is dehydrated overall. You may want to pay attention to the amount of fluids that you are actually taking in. If you are below the acceptable level, the feeling of having phlegm in your throat is your body's defense to avoid being too dry. Simply drinking at least 8 glasses of plain water everyday will alleviate this problem eventually. Do this on a consistent basis and you will soon realize that your voice is back to normal. If it does not, you may want to consult a throat expert so that your condition will be analyzed in further detail.
