Hi, welcome to VisiHow. I'm Spencer Fitzgerald and today I'm going to be teaching you how to do a half cab flip. Two tricks you need to know before learning a half cab flip are half cabs and fakie kickflips.

   Once we're at a fakie, we're going to put our flicking foot like we would for a fakie flip

   Then we're going to put our popping foot somewhere on the nose like we would for a half cab

   We're going to want to bend our knees and wind our shoulders up because we're going to spinning 180 degrees

   .

   We pop the board and spin our shoulders for the 180, slide our foot up the board and flick off the corner of the nose like we would for a fakie flip. While we do that, we're spinning our body 180 degrees.

   The board spins and flips, and we're going to catch it and land in a regular stance
