Hi, welcome to VisiHow. Today we're going to be teaching you how to do a varial kickflip. A varial kickflip is a backside pop shove it and a kickflip put together. So, once you know those two tricks, you're going to be able to learn the varial kickflip.

- 5So, altogether, we're going to pop, and when we pop, scoop our pop shove it across the ground. At the exact same time, we're going to slide our front foot up to get the kickflip. So, we're going to pop, scoop, and flick so that the boards spins 180 degrees and does a kickflip at the exact same time.While that's happening, jump forward to catch the board, and stop it from flipping.
