Display Full Path in File Explorer Title Bar in Windows 10
Edited by Lukward Thomason, VisiHow, Eng
Hi! You're watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to display the full path in the File Explorer title bar on Windows 10 computers.
Let's go ahead and open File Explorer by double-clicking "This PC".
Then, we go to any of the folders. For example, we double-click "Local Disk (C:)" and then "Windows", and so on.
In this case, we have only "Windows" in the title bar. That is not the whole path.
To change the visibility of the path, we need to right-click the lower-left corner of the screen.
Then, we click "Control Panel".
In "Control Panel", we need to click "Appearance and Personalization".
Now, we need to click "File Explorer Options".
Then, we click the "View" tab in the pop-up window.
In the "Advanced settings" section, we find and check the line that says, "Display the full path in the title bar".
Then, we click "OK". Now, the title bar will be changed. It will be showing us the full path.
This concludes our tutorial on how to display the full path in the title bar of File Explorer on Windows 10 computers. Thank you for watching VisiHow! If you have any other comments or questions, please leave them in the comments section below.
