Once the window opens, we can let go of the buttons.
Now, in the textbox, we need to type "gpedit.msc". Tap "Enter" on the keyboard. A new window will open.

We need to locate "Administrative Templates". Double click on it.
Then, double click on "Control Panel".
On the right side of the window, there is the option, "Prohibit access to the Control Panel". Double click this and a new window will open.
In this window, we need to click "Enabled", then click "OK".
