Hello and welcome to VisiHow. Today I'm going to show you how to delete the browser history on your Macbook Air while using Google Chrome. It can often be the case that you want to delete your browser history, perhaps if you have too many cookies tracking you from different web sites, it can be very helpful just to have a refresh, clear out all that old information and start again.
- 4This will bring up a list of options. You often don't want to delete passwords because you want to keep them connected to the websites you visit. Autofill form data, hosted app data, and content licenses you will also want to keep. Things such as browsing history, download history, and cookies are the number one things that you'll want to delete. The option at the top is to Obliterate the following items from the beginning of time, but there are a number of options if you only want to delete from today, if the incriminating evidence only exists in the recent past. Choose the option that is applicable to you, we'll do the past day. Go down to clear browsing data and click that.
