Hello and thank you for watching VisiHow. Today I will show how to delete a Facebook Messenger conversation on the LG L70.
To begin, unlock our phone by pressing the top right-hand side button one time.
Then swipe up to get to the home screen. From the home screen, we do not have a Messenger icon so we can either go through Facebook or we can go through our Apps menu.
Tap the Apps icon one time and it's a gray box with a set of white squares inside of it. This will open up all of the applications that we have visible in our Apps menu.
We can scroll right and left through here until we find the icon for Messenger. Tap on this icon one time to open it. It's a blue chat bubble. Then, we will see all of our chats.
Scroll through them until we find the one that we would like to remove.
We can press and hold on that conversation one time until a pop-up menu appears. We can "Archive", "Mark as spam", "Delete", "Mute notifications", Open chat head", "Create shortcut", or "Mark as read".
We want to delete, which is our third option from the top, so we can press on "Delete" one time. It does have a pop-up box just to confirm that deleting the entire conversation is the step that we would like to take. This does not just delete one message in the conversation; it will remove the entire conversation. Once we confirm it, we cannot get those messages back.
If we're sure this is the action that we would like to take, we can choose "DELETE CONVERSATION" in blue on the bottom right. Now our copy of that conversation has been deleted.
In order to close Messenger and go back to the home screen, we can press the bottom center button one time.
This does conclude today's presentation on how to delete a Facebook Messenger conversation on the LG L70. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please leave them in the space below.
