Hello, and welcome to VisiHow. In this video, we are going to show you how to delete a child from the Kid Mode application on an HTC One M8.

   To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the Power button, located on top of the phone

   Once the phone has been activated, we'll see the lock screen.

   To unlock the phone, press down on the screen and swipe up

   Once the phone has been unlocked, we'll see the home screen. At the bottom, there will be icons.

   Now, we need to find the "Settings" menu

   To do that, we need to swipe the notification panel down. To do that, start right at the top of the screen and swipe down.

   Now that the notification panel has appeared, here is the icon we're looking for

   In the top right-hand corner of the screen, there is a white cog icon. This is our settings icon. Press down on it, and it will open up our "Settings menu".

   Now we'll scroll down until we get to the "PERSONAL"

   In this section, we are looking for the option that says "Security"

   Next to this word is an icon of a padlock. Press down on this section to open our "Security" menu.

   Once in this section, we want to select the first option, which says "Parent Dashboard, Add profiles and access all features." Press down on this option to open Kid Mode

   We are now going to learn how to delete a child. They may no longer want to use this feature.

    To do that, we need to first select a child

    We can see at the top, there is a child's name. Press down on that. In this example, it's "Ash". It will show a list with all of the children we have added. If there is only one child on this application, we won't be able to delete it. We can only delete if there are multiple children.

    Choose the child we would like to delete

    Let's choose "Bob". Press down on the name.

    Now, we need to go to the "Overview" section, at the top

    It will have a photo that we've selected for this particular child. Press down on the word "Overview".

    Once in this section, it will say "Edit profile" in small blue letters underneath Bob's name and age

    Now, we have the option we need, at the bottom

    Underlined, and in blue letters, are the words, "Delete Child". Press down on that option.

    It will ask us, "Are you sure you wish to delete Bob?" We are sure, so press "OK"

    Now it says, "Bob has been deleted from Zoodles." Zoodles is the name of the Kid Mode application

Do you know How can I allow my child to download 12+ apps without it saying 'Parental controls restrict downloading of this item'?

My daughter is 13 years old, I have set up something to stop her from talking to strangers on apps. But now I have given her her trust and she wants an app called 'Musical.ly' and it keeps saying 'Parental controls restrict downloading of this item'. I used Kids Mode Zoodles for the first time this morning and I want to get out of it?

I want to close the Kids Mode application and resume normal use of my phone. I tried restarting it, powering down and powering up, and the Kids Mode is still active. I can't make or receive calls and I can't get into settings to change it. Please advise me. Thanks. I have an HTC One M9. I don't need to delete a child from Kids Mode.
