Delete Google Fit History on LG L70

Hello and thank you for watching VisiHow. Today, I will show you how to delete your Google Fit history in an LG L70.
Steps
- 1To begin, unlock the phone by pressing the top right-hand side button and swipe up one time to get to the home screen.
- 2It's a heart-shaped icon that says, "Fit" right below it.We do have a Google Fit icon on the home screen.
- 3The Apps menu for this phone is located on the bottom right-hand side of the screen. The icon is a gray box with a set of white squares inside of it.If this icon is not on the home screen, we can still access the application through the "Apps" menu.
- 4The home page will then open.For now we will access Google Fit directly from the home screen by tapping on the heart-shaped icon one time.
- 5To do that, there is a set of three dots on the upper right-hand corner of the home screen. Select that by tapping on it one time to open up a pop-up menu. The pop-up menu will show us four options. "Add activity", "Log our weight", "Settings", and "Help & feedback".To delete the history that's been stored on Google Fit, access its settings.
- 6We can do this by tapping on it once. This opens up our "profile", including our "Daily goal", "Favorite activities", "Basic information" including "Height" and "Weight", how we are recording our activities and goals under "Units" as well as "Google Fit data".We want to select the third option, which is "Settings".
- 7In "Google Fit data", the last option says, "Delete history" and "Delete all data from Google Fit." To delete Google Fit history, tap the option one time.
- 8It will give us a list of our connected apps and devices, which we do not have yet. We still want to delete our history. We can do this by choosing the button at the bottom that says "Delete history" by tapping on it once.We are now accessing the Google Fit account.
- 9A pop-up window will appear that says, "Apps that use your Google Fit data may stop working." We need to place a check mark in the box that says "I understand and want to delete."
- 10We can then press "Delete" one time. This will remove the history.Once we do that, "Delete" has become an active field.
- 11To close the application, press the bottom center button below the screen one time to go back to the home page.
