The first option is "Block, never show notifications from this app"

The second option is "Priority, show notifications at the top of the list and keep them coming when the device is set to priority interruptions only"
    .
This is also off, indicated by the gray switch that says "OFF". Right now, Fitbit will notify us in the standard way. This is the same for all of the other applications.

The Clock application has the same options and they are both set to "OFF"
    .
This means the application will notify us normally when there's something to be notified about. We can either block them, which is to never see notifications; or make them a priority. If they are a priority, they will be at the top of the list, and when the phone is set to 'Priority mode', we will still receive notifications for the application. It is possible to make changes in the priority mode settings, but there's only a limited amount of apps that it actually has there. This is a way to configure all of our apps.

The switch will then say "ON" and the switch will turn green. Tap on it again to turn it off.

    .
We can't block it, but we can make it a priority.
