Hi,, guys. This is a tutorial on how to create the Pop Art look.

   To get started on this Pop Art makeup, grab a black eyeliner

   I have already put some white eyeliner on my water line. I have also put on some foundation. If we don't want to put on foundation, it's perfectly fine. Let's go ahead and start.

   First, we are going to do is outline our eyebrows

   .

   We want this to be very cartoon-like and animated. Make them bold. Don't be afraid to make them expressive if we'd like. We can add an arch or a curve. Just fill them in with a solid black. If one is a bit more expressive than the other, it will add some expression to our face.

   Next, we're going to do some simple contours on our face

   It is supposed to look 2D and flat. We can start by outlining the jaw.

   Make it a bit thicker in some areas, for shading purposes

   Toward the center of the chin, make the line thicker.

   Add some expression lines near the nose

   If we make faces, it will make it easier to add some expression in the right places. We can add a few lines to the nose and chin.

   The next step is the lips

   With white eyeliner, we are going to draw a white rectangle on the side of the lower lip.

    I applied eyeliner to the eyes, then eyeshadow. I outlined the eyeshadow with black eyeliner and applied mascara.
