You can share images, music and videos with your friends and enjoy the media file simultaneously on your own individual devices. You can create a "Group Play" session or join an existing session by following the procedures in this article.

Open Group Play on Samsung Galaxy Note3

Create a Session For Group Play on Samsung Galaxy Note3

    Press on the "Home" button to get to the home menu.

    From the home menu, tap on the "Apps" icon get to the application list

    From the application folder, look for the "Group Play" app and open it.

    Tap on the "Create Group" button to create a new Group Play session
    .
    If you want to put a password on your session, tap on the check box for "Set Group Password". Other users will be required to enter the password to join your session.

    Once you've created a group, you'll be able to use these features
    :
     
    1. Share music. Allows you to share your music to other devices. You can also set a "surround sound' by using the speakers of each of the connected devices.
    2. Share pictures. Allows you to share images to other devices.
    3. Share video. Allows you to share your video to other devices. You can opt to view the video separately on each device, or use each device to play part of the video to be able to play the video on a larger screen. To enable the "Play Video in Part" feature, tap on this icon

    4. Share documents. Allows you to share documents with other devices.
    5. Play games and more. Allows you to play online games with other devices, as long as the game supports Group Play.

    Join a Group Play Session on Samsung Galaxy Note3

      Tap on "Join Group" to see available Group Play sessions.

      From the list of Group Play sessions, select the desired session and enter the password if required.

      Afterward, choose a media category and the content on broadcast will show on your device.

    • Note: You need to activate the NFC feature of your device to be able to join a Group Play session. To do that, simply touch the back of your device to the back of the other device that is hosting the session.
