Hello, and welcome to VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to create a slideshow presentation in Microsoft Office while using a Microsoft Lumia 535. The Office app will not be able to create a new presentation, only edit one. Therefore, to create a new presentation and edit it on a phone, a presentation will need to first be created on a computer and then uploaded it to the phone, or to the cloud, where the phone will be able to access it. As the functionality of the Office app is very limited, it will only be able to make minor edits to the file, such as edits to text or the order of the slides. Any major edits will need to be completed on a computer.

    Turn the phone on by pressing the power button on the right side of the phone

    Tap the Microsoft Office tile to open the Office app

    The tile is orange, with a white 3-dimensional square on it. In this example, Office is pinned to the home screen. If the Office app is not pinned to the home screen, it can be found in the App menu. Swipe from right to left to open the App menu.

    Tap the text or image on a slide to select it

    The text or image is selected if it has a white rectangle around it.

    Tap the menu icon, which appears as 3 dots, located in the bottom right corner of the screen to view options for the slide

    The option to move or hide the current slide can be accessed from this menu.
