Hi there and welcome to VisiHow. In this tutorial, we're going to show you how to easily create a workbook from an existing template in Microsoft Excel 2013.

- 5This workbook already has formulas available, so if we change the values according to our own company values, we don't have to come up with the sum, for example, we just simply leave it the way it is and it will calculate according to the formula. In this particular case, we're looking at hours & expense tracking. We will then see the workbook that we can use by changing the information.
- 6
- 7We can just go through and change all of the information and treat it like any other workbook. We can also add sheets, just like we were working with a blank workbook. We can add images, clipart, and that sort of thing. Don't forget that this is a new document even though it's a template. It's not actually our workbook until we save the document. We can see that the numbers have changed accordingly.
