    To begin, unlock the phone by pressing the power button on the top right-hand side, then swipe up

    We do have a Pinterest icon on the home screen
    .
    It's a red circle icon with a white 'P' inside of it. If we don't have it on the home screen, we can access it through the apps menu. The icon for the apps menu is in the bottom right-hand corner in this example. It is a grey box with a set of white squares inside of it and below the icon it says "Apps". This brings us to a grid of all of the apps we've downloaded.

    We will open Pinterest by tapping on the icon on the home screen
    .
    From here, we need to access our own information. We are currently looking at the news feed.

    Tap on the head and shoulders icon in the top right-hand corner

    This will open up our profile.

    The second option is "BOARDS", so we want to tap on that

    "BOARDS" will be highlighted in red when it is selected, and we can view all of the boards that we've already created.

    If we scroll down, we can tap on "CREATE A BOARD" to create one

    Name the board and tap on "CREATE", which is in the lower right corner in a red box
