Hello and thank you for watching VisiHow. Today I will show you how to create a new document in Microsoft Office mobile on the LG L70.
To begin, unlock the phone by pressing the power button on the top, right-hand side.
Then swipe up to get to the home screen.
Microsoft Office Mobile is on this home screen. It is an icon of a red box with a white cube inside of it. If this icon is not on the home screen it can be accessed through the Apps menu.
It is a grey box with of set white squares inside of it and below the icon it says "Apps." The Apps menu icon is located on the lower right-hand side of the home screen in this example.
Tap once on the Microsoft Office Mobile icon to open the application directly from the home screen.
Press on the white "X" in the top, right-hand corner to bypass the advertisement.
There are icons in a white bar across the top of the screen. They include a clock, a folder, and a page with a plus "+" sign.
Tap once on the icon with the plus "+" sign to add a new document.
We can choose between a Word or an Excel document.
We also have the options for templates.
Tap once on "Word document" to get a new, blank Word document.
We are taken to a screen where we can add a new document.
Tap on the three dots that look like a bulleted lit in the top, right-hand corner of the screen to a pop-up menu of options. The third option is "Save" and the fourth option is "Save as." Choose "Save as" so that we can rename the document.
Give the document a file name. Choose where we want it saved. Then press "OK" when finished.
Enter a name to identify oneself in case the document is edited. Press "OK" when finished.
Exit the application by pressing the bottom, center button on the phone after the document has been saved. This takes us to the home screen.
This concludes today's tutorial on how to create a new document in Microsoft Office Mobile on the LG L70. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions please leave them in the space below.
