To begin, we'll unlock the phone by pressing the top right-hand side Power button

Then swipe up one time to get to the home screen

From the home screen, we need to access "Retrica", which we can do by tapping the "Apps" icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the home screen

In the "Apps" menu, we can can swipe to the left and right until we locate the icon for "Retrica", which looks like a white and orange video camera

Tapping on that icon one time will open the application

We can now take a new photo, or we can select one from our photo reel by tapping on the icon just to the left of the black capture button at the bottom
